If you're hooking 3 network devices together using crossover cables, you're going to have trouble getting all 3 to talk to each other.  Basically you have 2 separate networks (P2 <-> P3 and P3 <-> Xbox).  Internet connection sharing makes this even more complicated.  I would strongly suggest that you at least get a hub; this will greatly simplify the layout of your network.

If you CAN get everyone talking together (most likely with the hub), here's what you would do:

- Map network drives on the P3 that connect to shared folders on the P2.
- Add the network drives/paths to RelaX.

I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work.  RelaX should see the mapped drives as local, and Windows networking will handle the rest.

QUOTE
having 2 network cars in 1 pc
totally screws your network......
winXP doesn't know WTF to do with it.

I have 2 NIC's in my PC, one connects a hub (and the rest of my network) the other goes directly to my xbox via a crossover cable, no problem what so ever, XP handles everything fine and knows exactly what to do, it's not even neccesary to reboot if you make a change!

Not knowing how to set up a network is what's most likely to screw it up.....
