So much for the Poll aye?

Looks like 50% of voters felt that Bug fixes were most important... What is the XBMP team focusing on? sounds like visualizations? Don't get me wrong, I think they are great... think they are doing a great job... hope they keep up the good work... But also think that if they don't want to know then they shouldnt ask???
I understand... Fixing bugs stinks... It is tedious, time consuming, its no fun and who gets praises for fixing bugs??? If you add a cool new feature everyone will be saying "SoandSo Added this NEW Feature!!!!!! So thank SoandSo for their hard work..." and you become a hero and blah blah blah... while the person focusing on bugs fixes some bugs and they say... "oh btw, that annoying bug has been fixed... Oh and SoandSo is working on another NEW Feature!!!!". Result? Everyone wants to be like SoandSo... forget the bugs, add some cool new feature, its more fun to code, its more rewarding to see a new feature than to see an old feature (work correctly), and all of the vocalized appreciation tends to be focused on the new features and not on the bug fixes...
I like new features too... I just think they should listen to the voice of the voters... People voted and debugging beat out visualizations 2 to 1... take a minute... stomp out all the bugs... get a really stable release with the current features... Then those of us who just really want a solid usable mp can have that and you can move on to new features and as you release newer versions just stop every so often to stamp out a new stable release... goto a beta/stable release system like many other dev shops... One is a stable version, the other verison is a feature rich beta version... as a beta version matures move it to stable then create a new beta with new features that are not yet stable... people have a choice... a few features behind and stable or bleeding edge and buggy...
