Does it not say in the .pdf manual that comes with the release?

Multi-file stacking is used to play 2 part files as a single file, this way, it’s not needed to
manually change to the second part when the first one ends. To use this, Multi-file stacking
first is needed to be enabled under My Settings in the General Settings, and then, the filename
must be XX–CD1.avi and XX–CD2.avi (note there is no space between the “-” and the “CDx”)

- from the manual, although it is VERY vague about a lot of things.   I do mean that these settings only show up when you start up the program and you select 'My Settings'.
