Xbmp + Relax Chopping Pictures

I'm streaming dixv encoding in dixv pro 5.02 from my PC to xbox and i get choppy/scratching picture during fast movement scene.. sort of like macrovision protection effect with pictures get scrab here and there...still watchable but damn anoying...

does anyone know why?

software: relax .6 and xbmp 2.1
PC OS: XP Pro
xbox mod: x-2 lite  ...xbox bios 1.1

any help would be greatly appreciated
