Nice job. Looks good. Just a note, if anyone else wants to change the pics, just rename and copy it to the media folder. Then it will load. I'll try to upload mine later today. It'll be easy for the people to make there's look like mine. I'm just on lunch right now.

Just change the posx and posy. You have to mess around with it until you get it right. Make sure you backup the originals.

Let the posx and posy be the default.
Create a new 128 * 128 canvas.
cut your target picture and paste it into the above canvas ... Later adjust the postion...[easier than changing the values]
