ok, when I removed the modchip and putting everthing back putting the hard drive and dvdrom drive, but now this happened it turns on and off 3 times and the 4th time it stays on then red and green flashes, I dont know whats going on its when Id removed the modchip, did I desoldered something?? please help!

you broke the d0 trace it has to be repaired

Sure find where you broke the trace and bridge the gap by soldering a wire.
