Start Button Not Bring Up Personal Setting Menu

When I press the start button, I don't get the personal settings menu to change how the skin looks.  Has there been anyone eles with this problem and how can I fix it?  I any using the 6.6.6 version of XBMC that came with the MC360 skin.
