So i got the update, and installed it, played it once, froze on me, and when it rebooted i got this:

What can i do to get rid of it?
When i push R3 and shut down i can see the blades
Kinda annoying because i cant do anything, like change the skin, or load apps...

All you need to do is completely remove the XBMC folder in APPS, if your FTP client tells you that a file cannot be deleted, ignore it as it is probably the textures file for the MC360 skin.  Delete old savegame/settings (from E:/TDATA/0face008) and upload the new XBMC.  For me, it started up in PMIII then I switched over to MC360 skin.
 
Worked like a charm.
