Skin Request Or Recommendation

Hey guys I just finished I installing my xbox in my car to use as a media center, and of course I'm running xbmc. Everything works great but my only problem is the screen I'm using is fairly small making reading text near impossible. Basically I'm looking for a skin or a way to modify the default skin to make the fonts and icons much larger so it's easier to navigate. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks for the help!
