The above sites give you free hosting, though some have limit per downloads, commercial redirects, or other means of advertising.

You could also create a Google Page Creator account, which gives you 100MB of commercial free hosting space. Though I have no idea what their bandwidth is limited to. If you use Page Creators hosting space, just upload your files to your storage space, then right click the file to get the public URL and post it as a link.

BTW, I like the blue.
