i dont know if these are issues with xbmc or the skin but:

- it would be great if there was a cancel button in the 'downloading video information' window when getting video information or at least have the window disappear if you back out of the video section (i started getting the info on like 130 movies and i could back out of the video section and play music and the visualizer started up but the overlay is still there and you can only see like a quarter of it)

- the lyrics script sometimes gets stuck and on you cant back out of it to control the music

i have jsut downloaded the skin and upped it to my xbox, when i come to select it i get an error sayin that it needs v2.0 skins or higher.

I am using XBMC-2.0.1-FINAL-FAT-T3CH

The pics look awesome but when I try to load it with the latest 4-20 Tech build of XBMC it's just grayed out in the skin selections.  I'm assuming that the build it too new.  Anyone else having this problem?

You need a newer revision of XBMC. Check the "usual places" or pay T3CH a visit and get a later build. Latest is T3CH XBMC 2007-04-20 SVN rev8582-MIDI.
Reading up, I guess you will need an even newer build since this skin uses very new elements of the XBMC skin engine. If you get some more errors from that build you will have to wait until T3CH builds a newer one, or maybe you can find a newer one in a not so usual place.

Running XBMC 04-25-07 Self Compiled build here and no problems at all  

Very sleek and has a low profile look to it. Matches my black themed entertainment center perfectly
