Look for a part that looks like this and edit as needed

    <videooutput>
        <aspect>0</aspect>
        <hd1080i>false</hd1080i>
        <hd480p>false</hd480p>
        <hd720p>false</hd720p>
    </videooutput>

got it fixed, my component cable was fried, back to RCA and working, thanks anyways CHief
