I'm using a musicOverlay "Now Playing info" which comes up when the start button is pressed,
But when I turn the volume up or down the visuals don't show on screen because there behind my MusicOverlay.
Is there anyway I can have my DialogVolumeBar.xml come up on top of my overlay

Maybe  <allowoverlay>DialogVolumeBar.xml</allowoverlay> or something

Nope. <allowoverlay> just sets a "permission" for the video and music overlay to be shown in a window. You could probably code a seperate volume bar and label in that window using <info>Player.Volume</info>.
