this looks really good!!! y'know, the orange background is complementary, you can always try skins/themes backgrounds and post pics to compare? great work!

I was very happy about Jezz'x PM1 Remix, but I missed some themes, so I just tried out Blackbolt's textures.xpr from his famous skins (Classic, Moonlight, Fahrenheit) and thats result!

Change Themes at Appearence-Settings Menu.

 Have fun!

PS: I think about an integrated "xbmc live"-button to the main menu. we will see...

DOH don't you just hate it when people beat you in releasing your little side projects  biggrin.gif
But thats got to have some major graphical errors by just using the xprs as a sub theme the OSD is one that would sping to mind

@Jezz: first of all, thx  for PM I remix and converting blackbolt's classic (its really one of my favours)

I know that kind of problems but its the only way I could use original .xpr Files without missing graphics.
From my point of view its much less work, so I could more concentrate on the Xbmc live mod, if this not already done by someone else - keep manturafs in mind -

I think, everybody who wants to change, recreate or modify a skin, should have possibilities.

From you Jezz we all expect HQ, from others ... but thats community!

Oh I agree with all that when I'm done with this skin the original textures will most likely be released as well.  But since its Blackbolts graphics I will have to ask him first though I don't see him having a problem with it since its so old
I'm a little confused about this comment

Please don't get the impression I think I'm better than anyone I'm not anyone who takes the time to learn can do great things

If you want to mod project mayhem 1 more we created a online svn for quite a few skins that you can download source images and all it currently has
Project Mayhem 1
Project Mayhem II
Project Mayhem III Lite  <---- it looks the same 8mb  smaller
Project Dark Matter
you can find them here
http://svn.sourcefor...boxmediacenter/
all will run on current cvs and most are more current than any other version on the net

here it is: http://www.4shared.c...mclive_v02.html

Compete Project Mayhem 1 Remix inclusive BB's Classic Skin .xpr and XbmcLive Mod.

to do:

* XBMC Live still have Bugs
* Gamercard could only be edited by .xml

Note its just an early release!

installation:

- copy skin folder to xbmc skins
- Select BB's Theme at Appearence/Settings menu

Feel free to add or mod the files!

enjoy

Man oh man do I miss this skin SO much.... Jezz, I really hope you can come around to finishing it. It almost brings tears to my eyes seeing this come back to life.

One question though, will this skin be themeable? I mean as in the alternative skin colors that was available like Moonlight & Farenheit?

Ive been working on it for the last few days and have made tonnes of progress still got a bit to go to bring it fully into 2.0 skin sad.gif  you really have no Idea how far XBMC has come until you have to make all the little extra bits that have been added since this skin.

As for the Colors yes it will be added but a little later after the intial skin release I have been adding some extra graphics (for the new features) and will have to convert them into the colors needed for the other themes and make em look right.

Also the original skin never had any 16x9 support at all so I will have to take some time and do that too but I will push out a 4x3 version first then add 16x9 / hidef support later to save you all waiting to much

Oh my g*d.... I said it before and i'll say it again, this skin is so.... so.... so.... I can't think of the word :braindead:

This skin is so sexy that I once tried to use an old build of XBMC that this skin can run with for about 2 weeks. I then couldn't resist the fixes and additions that were used in the later builds. So I had to let go and prayed that it'll be updated for current compiles and now it's finally come true   biggrin.gif

Keep up the good work Jezz & BB   cool.gif
