Command For Volume Up In Xbmc?<onlick>xbmc.mediaplayer(volumeup)

hey all,

just needing the command for volume up and volume down for a button in my new Touch Screen ready skin. I thought maybe something like <Onlick>XBMC.Mediaplayer(volumeup)<onclick/> or something like that, i found the percentage mark but want the single volume up 1 db command, also is ther away to make it, if the button is held the volume keeps increasing until button is released?
