Some updates:

Im now integrating a button scroller on the homepage. Wich i think is way better
than static buttons. Its much easier with a scroller, to add and remove buttons on the homepage.

This also means im gonna move around on the original button placement. Im also now starting
to integrate more stuff into the homescreen besides the standard stuff

Wich buttons do you guys and girls think is best to have on the home screen ?
Im thinking about placing a static button for shutdown menu and filemanger on the bottom bar on
the homepage. Or should i move all buttons to the main scroller and just keep the
static button for shutdown down at the bottom bar ?

Really would like some suggestion on how the optimal homepage would be like

Latest update today

I got the button scroller in place and now its almost like i want it.
notice the smooth fade effect on both side of the scroller where the buttons change

Alotta new and exitng things will happen to this skin this week. stay tuned !

Just unzip and overwrite your old home.xml (take backup of your old first !)
Copy the images from within the zips media folder to the skins media folder.

I really like the buttonscroller

Much better than the static buttons.

It was late night yesterday and i was tired.

But heres the new update

Just copy to the right folders as usual and overwrite if needed.

I have now fixed the button navigation and added more buttons to the scroller.
Again really sorry for the mistake.

ooops. discovered some bugs in the new update. This has to do with the button scroller
implementation i have done.

Fixing this now. Gonna post the new xml file when done.

Everything should now look alright and navigate allright

Oh great hitcher. Thanks for the info. I have fixed the bug !

About the shutdown menu. It should be okay if your run PAL 16x9 and not 720p ?
The sutdown menu also has three different layout:
1. No logon, No Locks
2. Logon Yes, No locks
3. Logon Yes, Locks Yes

Could you test this for me. (just make a new profile and enable logon screen.)
Also try with a lock enabled and not.

Thats weird. with me everything is ok on the shutdown menu no matter
what settings i do. hmmm. gonna check the xml file l8r to see if i forgot
something

Btw that reminds me. Do you think you could do a font fix
for the mode you use ? PAL 16x9 720p ? or even help me with correcting
everything ? Offcourse just when you feel you have some free time on your hands

Been busy with real life today so havent done anything on the skin

Thats okay. But b4 i do a fix for 720p im gonna focus now on getting the basics
finished on the skin first. And in about to weeks my new Samsung 40" LCD tv arrives
and then 720p and 1080i will soon work i guess

OSD is coming along nice. Her are some screens.

that's looks great. just wondering if next time you could put up the whole package. for some reason my xbox won't load your skin saying yours is not 2.0 compatible. (from the 25 mb july changes package)
