very impressed.  This is a very pretty skin.  The videos at the main menu page, are they streamed from somewhere or are they files on the xbox.  I've always got the xbox networked, just curious if these will change as games are released/announced.  Very nice!!

Every time I try to download from Rapidshare I just get a message "Download-session invalid.", I am not on AOL either, any idea?

wow, a series of baffling posts...

kicks: this IS just the skin. i don't know where you got the impression that it in-cluded anything else, but there it is...

jack003: it is the size that it is because XBMC is very complicated and there's a ton of media that goes with this skin, which leads nicely to

XboxMan: the video/animations displayed in the various orbs are some crazy formatted video that is part of the skin. i say crazy format because instead of each being a single file, he's got like each frame of animation as a seperate graphic file. anyways, there's like 6 of thems, which accounts for a good portion of the skin's size. to answer your question, the videos are sitting on the harddisk and thus will not change unless YOU change them.

nige: rapidshare is kindof crappy sometimes, i had problems with it the first time i went there, but tried later and it worked like a charm. i use Firefox 1.5, i honestly don't know if it's an issue with AOL's crappass web browser or not...

prlr99: it's free, which is why you can download it off of rapidshare and not pay for it (i should have thought that to be self-evident...)

I have fixed the Fullscreen music bug and for the people who don't wanna redownload the entire skin, I've uploaded the new xml file here:

I really like the look and feel of the skin... BUT

I'm having problems playing video files (divx avi, bin-cue are the 2 I tried before switching back)
The files play fine in the PMIII skin... won't play with The Orbs, and box locks up.
Using 4-27-06 T3CH release.
