It is not complete but I ran into problems that I can't seem to solve(buttom Background under settings will not go away?)

Has custom sounds and startup wav that you can use. Also uses custom Spongbob font.

enjoy

any way should work great.

Yea It still has textures.xpr from pm3. Thats why it is a beta. I want to make sure it is running ok right now before I start into replacing every single little texture.

Every time I remove the textures.xpr it doesn't work so I released an early version that uses PM3 parts for some things.

I created this for my kids Xbox in there room. Its for NTSC but I think you could use it for pal and just adjust the pic using the gui.

After I get this done I might start working on a program like the XAP editor I made but make it for building skins.

I know this sounds repetitive, but the PMIII buttons don't quite match...  tongue.gif

Can't wait to see the finished version. My girlfriend will love this on her Spongebob themed Xbox!   biggrin.gif

Thanks

jimk72, the best way to fine tune the skin's textures is to work with them uncompressed. you can download the uncompressed files from the CVS. let me know if you don't know how to do that, i will throw the uncompressed skin online.
anyways, once you have all the textures there, you can begin removing the ones you know you don't need.
a good way to track how successful you are with this process is to check the xboxmediacenter.log, you'll get entries about missing textures if it tries to load a graphic which is missing.

while i won't be using that skin myself, i know that the community in general has been asking for some kid-friendly skins for a long time now, kudoz on the work and let me know if i can help. i have a ton of webspace, so if you need hosting i've got your back smile.gif
