Problem With Reboot And Frag

OK, had an xbox that had 2 reboots and a frag. NO audio/video. I put in an X2.3b Lite and it still gets the same thing. What else could be my problem, and what can I do to fix it?

I have a V1.0 and the TSOP was flashed, worked for a few weeks, then quit.

alright one more question
what is the alt D0 point on the bottom of a v1.0 board? I found out I don't have a good d0 connection..............
