I Dont Know What To Do!

Ok, let me see if i can explain my situation...

I am not 100% sure if i have a v1.1 or v1.2 xbox...  I know this sounds dumb, but let me explain...

I have all the physical signs of having a v1.2 mb, cuz of the power supply plug is atx, i have no fan on the heat sink, the "pinouts" matched that of v1.2 + mother board!

But when i load config edit, it tells me that i have a v1.1 and the serial# date code suggests that I have a v1.1!!  

I am doing everything in my power to try to flash the on-board tsop!  and no matter witch box version i follow the soldering diagrams for, i get no luck!!

EVOX is telling me that the flash is not writable...

I am using Phoenix Bios Loader, and i DO get it to goto EVOX!!  but will not flash!
I do have a X2.2 Pro mod installed and i know you cant flash onboard chip if you boot with the mod, so i turn it off and just use the Phonix Bios loader to get into evox!!

Is there any other info that i might try...  different solder points? can i just solder wires straight to the tsop?  if so, what pins should i use, and where should i solder them to???

PLEASE PLEASE help!!!  I am about to give up!

Heh, fixed the problem!!

All i had to do is add more FLASH types in Evox.ini...

Now it works great!

if your power connector looks like this then you have a v1.1 (IMG:http://xbox-scene.com/imageserver2/versions/v10-11_power.jpg)

for your two bridge points, make sure there are together.  Are you bridging them together with solder or what?  <

this is a version 1.2 compare the chip size.. a 1 meg bios is larger then a 256k use raincoat to flash a v1.2-1.5 mobo evox will not flash.. v1.2-1.5 require bootblock flashed as well.. use top 2 points.. what chip is on that mobo? makesure you use the lastest raincoat .7 are you usin auf or mechassult?  <
