Enable Library On Xbmc

Hi everybody. At first time excuse my english.

This is my problem

I just upgraded to the latest version of xbmc and am trying to add all of my tv shows, movies ..etc  to the video library, but i can´t enable the Library Button.

I have tried everything (XBMC Video Library)but I don´t know how to do it.

How can I enable it?
