Stepforward/back, Can It Be Changed?

Is there an easy way to change the amount the StepForward/Back commands jump in the file.

I believe it's currently set to 1% of the file size/duration, and 10% for BigStepForward/Back.

I'd like to set it to an actual time if possible eg. 1min.
