How Do I Ground A15!? And What Is A15 How Will I

heres where my questions are TSOP MESSED UP

and i really need to know what A15 is and where can i find pictures to ground it and to unground it when needed

would this be A15 that i solder to? and if so what would i do after i soldered it how could i take it off ground while my xbox is running??

here but don't use the w1 to w2 there r jumpers on the bottom of the xbox just like j1. oh and t1 is a15
