Xbox Media Center

Hey I don’t know if there is anything that I can do about this but this year when I got to college when I turned on my computer it made me download a thing called Cisco Clean Access agent.   And now for me to get on the internet with my computer I have to put in my user name and password to get on.  Now my Xbox live doesn’t work and my Xbox media center can not connect to get my weather and internet radio and other things that I wish I had back.  I was just wondering if there are any settings that I have wrong or something I could do to get around this stupid thing.
