How To Change Font Colour?

hey all.

i'd like to know how to change the font colour in my sub menus, at the top left corner it says xbox media centre - my movies (for example), i'd like to change that font colour.

i'd also like to change what it says, see in my home menu my movies button actually reads 'My Porno", would be nice to change it to that in the sub menu.
