I like to listen to music as I'm falling asleep. Is there a way to add a sleep timer to XBMC to shut the xbox off after a certain amount of time?

sleep timer is just what i need as well. an alarm clock with music/video alarm would be great also

i just went to that site again and it says it will be implemented in v1.0 hasn't that passed already? just wonderin what the update is on the sleep timer (or shutdown timer). thanks.

Which release are you using?

Have you not checked out Settings->Screensaver yet?

Shutdown is there for idle system (not while playing a movie I don't think).

XBMC is atm still in Alpha stages, so if you were to give it a version number it would be 0.9 (or whatever). All those v 1 features they say they wish to implement will be implemented into version 0 (alpha) but as soon as they all are it will be version 1.
Hope that clears it up.
