How To Fix A Tsop

Okay i got my switch instaled but the lossers that flased my box for the first time screwed up the 2 tsop points in the back and front of the motherboard by ripping them away <_<

A tecnician soldered for me the tracks to where the tsop points lead but i still cant flash it, i get the "Flash Not Writteable" mesage.

Is there a way i can solve this or an optional points that will allow m to flash mi tsop ??

follow the traces (or what used to be traces) to the next accessible points.  then run wires.   <
