Running Windows 98 On Xbox, Need Help Setting Up Ftp Server Please

My PC is hooked up to my XBox via an ethernet cable.. Normally I can either ftp files back and forth or just put them on a CD and access them from xbmc.

Now my xbox is running windows 98 via emulation. This complicates things. When it's doing that I can't access it via ftp. And it can't access the CDROM drive for some reason (even though it shows up in My Computer.)

I need to set up the xbox for FTP.  Note that neither the PC nor the xbox is connected to the internet. But the PC has the IP address 192.168.0.5 and the xbox uses 192.168.0.3.
