I looked almost every tool for Halo.Everything i found was for map editing.Is that all?How about changing the weapons,or texture editing(black MC).Where to find other tools?Perhaps a site dedicated for that?

Almost every xbox game uses .dds format for textures.I found few plugins for photoshop,and a converter.But why bother downloading a program that only converts textures?
 Heres another option:download the program "xnview".It can view and batch convert almost any image format,including,yup u guessed it,dds.This program is absolutelly free and doesnt require installation.Go to www.xnview.com to download it
