Xbedump Exploit Version Source Code

XBEDump exploit version source code does anyone know if this is available?
see linux teams version was rewritten for windows useing visual c++ with the xbe signing hacks.  I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me where all the necessary files are to recompile my own version of xbedump.
