Burn Xbox Game Files On The Fly

Does anyone know if there is a utility that will burn a folder with XBOX files in it to a DVD in XISO format on the fly? Basically, if I copy all the files off of a game in my XBOX into a folder on my PC, I want to burn all those files to a DVD without first creating an XISO.
