I Can't Get The Hd Fatxbox Explorer 1.4.exe Working

I have download vb6runtime but when I click "Lecture du disque dur" a windows appears with "Disque Dur Xbox trouve sur \\.\physicaldrive2" then I click OK but then HD fatXbox Explorer 1.4 just closes.

any idea why this is happening?
