Ftp Issue

ok i am trying to ftp some files to my xbox it reads as follows and starts all over again

[L] 150 Opening BINARY data connection for F:\Apps\XBMC\UserData\playlists\video\xxxxxxxx.avi
[L] 226 Transfer finished successfully. Data connection closed.
[L] 502 noop is not implemented.
[L] Transfer Failed!

anyone know how to resolve this issue.
