Pc Based App To Copy From 1 Xboxhdd To Another?

I've looked around, and I can't seem to find an app that will allow me to copy individual files from one XBOX HDD to another in windows or linux. I can only seem to find apps that allow to read from a X HDD to a PC drive, but not XBOX HDD to another XBOX HDD.

I would just FTP from one XBOX to another, but I can't get it to work on this XBOX (I've done it countless times before on other xboxs) with programs like Avalaunch, XBMC, UnleashX, or DVD2XBOX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
