Xbox Soundtrack Directory/file Format

i understand theres a program that takes mp3's from your computer and converts them into the friendly xbox format for music and ftp's them over for you making correct directory names.  well, I couldnt find it.  Whats the name of this program or simular programs called?  are there any that run on the xbox?  what do you guys use?

The program is vxcr but its very buggy.  Does anyone know if a new version or a different program all together has been created lately to convert mp3s to xbox soundtrack.  Everytime I use vxcr it only copies about a third of the files I want it to copy and leaves me with a bunch of tracks that contain errors.  How else can I make xbox soundtracks?
