i don't have an answer for that. I'll need more information like what happens when you boot games from the hd, what bios are you using, what debug bios are you using, xbox version, etc.

it only loads halo 2 from the dvd drive and it will load any other game from the dvd drive or hd

it has to be something in the indbios config file. open that with a text editor and see if there's anything that stands out.
make sure your running xbdm.dll version 5933 also.
