Ftp To Xbox Via Mac

"PASV" referes to passive ftp transfer mode; google it for a detailed explanation but it basically means the client is sending/intitating transfer requests.  This is really only useful in situations where you're behind a firewall.  Check your Sharing control panel; enable FTP services and turn off the built in OS X firewall and see if your FTP client can connect then.
