Cant Delete Skins

Hi guys, im using bulletproof ftp to connect to my xbox, because flashfxp wasnt working for me. Anyways I can delete roms and what not, but when i try to delete unwanted skins, i have no luck. I tell it to delete and it acts like its deleting it, but they dont go anywhere. Anyone know what im talkin about here?
