Getting The Music From Burnout 3? Xmv Conversion?

I have ripped the game Burnout 3 to the HDD and transferred those files to my PC.  I see a folder that has a bunch of .XMV files that appear to be the size of mp3s.  Is there a tool that I can convert the xmv to wma or mp3?  I did some searching and found that these are usually video files but I don't really see anywhere else where the sound files would be.

Any help would be appreciated.
