Well I first have to get some things off my xbox HD and put in my existing pc 120 gig drive. Then I am going to have to zero out my xbox drive and get it formatted on my PC. Then back up all my games on to that drive. Ounce that is done I want to Zero out the other 120 gig drive and put it on my xbox and format that with an installer on the xbox.

Am I missing any thing that I should do?

Also is ther a program that you suggest to use for zeroing out my drive other then the one I mentioned on my first post?

You using the slayer disc to prep the new hard drive?
