Cant Burn Backup Movies Ripped With Dvd2xbox

I dont always have access to my computer and the movie I want  to copy, so I use my xbox to store it until I do have access to my computer. And when I ftp the DVD files over from my xbox to my computer and try to shrink them with DVD Shrink it says that Im missing vobs.. how can this be? I havent been able to make a copy using the xbox as a ripper... anyone know why?
