FTP is a standard protocol, it doesn't matter what program or OS you use you will still be able to FTP into your XBox as long as the correct stuff are already installed on your Xbox.

I have no issues with FTPing into the Xbox using OS X, Linux, or FBSD.  Only time it sucks is when the modchip makers make stuff specifically for Windows ie: the programmer software.

im running a pc now but am gonna be switching to the mac in the near future
