Save Game Manager Without Use Of Pc?

I want to look through all the save game files in the 2 folders on my xbox HD because I want to delete some o try and get GTA3 and Vice city running (I've treid everything else and apparently deletin gsave games can help).
I don't have my xbox connected to my pc, I have boxplorer but it just shows the files up as lots of numbers etc.
Is there a program I can put on a CDRW which wll let me browse and delete dave game files etc? There is the MS dash option ,but I don't think that shows up any corrupt or dodgy save files.
