There is no special patch required.  Rip and copy just like any other game.

The modchip i have is one of the first modchips so i thing i need a patch the xbox screen
comes up and that's it, it just stays their, but on my friends xbox it works perfect. But he has a modchip that can be flashed, mind can't, so that's why i think i need a patch.
