Just use the xbox soundtrack editor... it lets you connect to your xbox and edit your soundtracks on the fly.  You just need to convert your mp3s to wmvs first.  I would recommend BPS CD Ripper and Grabber.

*sigh* Just use mp3tofatx, or something like that. You'll find a link somewhere in the XBS files section. It's very similar to the saves manager, but deals with mp3s. It will convert the filename on the fly, and has a syncho feature also.

/edit opps, my bad for not reading the original post correctly...sorry ppl, just ignore me

OOkay heres my Question

is there a way to convert mp3's on your pc to the format the xbox uses, then  FTP them over to a sound track folder? becouse i dont have a Cd burner Drive to get my mp3's onto my xbox.

Where can i get it if it exists?

I use a proggie called sound forge to convert my audio files into what i like..  I`m sure theirs other simpler apps to do this though..
Although you could just install XBMP media player and upload as MP3s  unless you was requiring your mnusic to be played in game i guess..

He is looking for something that converts mp3 -> wma, and then transfers the .wma, and edits st.db, ALL IN ONE.

the best program is flashxp but you have to convert the files to mp3 before hand. and you are able to upload files from your xbox to your pc

Thats fine and dandy if you plan on editing st.db on your own.

well it did mine i have a couple cd's on it i burned from Kazaa. that work well on it. the msdash does convert songs to wma's that is why it takes so long to put soundtracks on it.
