Craxtion 2.4 Media Patcher

I am having problems with madden2k4, espn nfl and a couple other new games from hd. I have tried patching the default.xbe's with craxtion2.4 but they still dont boot it says they dont need patched. espn stays at evox loading screen and madden will boot and allow you to select game but freezes loading it. I have retransfered the games several times and loaded on to hd of my xecuter 2 xbox and they work fine on it with 4977 bios. I have also tried using xbepatcher and huanter xbe patch v2 all with same results. is there a new media check that has not yet been emplimented in the patchers?
