When editing a BFM bios, you need to include the rc4 key in Config\Debug.ini.

had exact same problems.  heinrich is right, you need the rc4 key in the debug.ini file since BFM bioses are debug based.

Have you tried opening a non-bfm bios?  should work w/o the rc4 key
