This is a great jump start to try to bring this great app back to life

Edit: Now all we need to do Bring it back to life
is there a source file for boxplorer somewhere

we need to add maybe
skins
better support
automated dvd to hd copy
a built in xpad


And suck a little post can go a long ways ( its on xbins and on x-x news biggrin.gif )

And Im pretty sure everyone knows how to patch in .ppf right?

Actually, it wouldn't.  On read errors, boXplorer creates 0-byte files and doesn't let you know it encountered a problem.  This means you think it backed up fine.  Then months down the road when you try to finish the game you're not able to.  This is not something that you can just patch and have it halt on an error.  You'd need to rewrite that from the sources.
