Essentially, and this is not possible with the Xbox because only two things can remain in memory at a time, and those are the kernel and the active XBE.

That would be one possible solution I spose, but it would likely require a BIOS > 256k... or alternatively maybe an XBE can be patched ... so a XBE patcher could be created, but I doubt it.
