Nfl Fever 2004 Won't Copy With Xbcopy?

Yes. I am also having this problem with the new NFL Fever 2004. I tried copying it with xcommander though. It did allow me to copy the game to my hdd though. However, when i went to launch fever it wouldn't boot. I'm not sure if MS has some new protection, or what, but whoever knows of a solution please help us out. This problem might start appearing in all the newer games coming out soon, so lets deal with it now.
